Lead Singer/Guitarists | Rolling Stone Lounge | Virtual Submissions
RWS Global is seeking Lead Singer/Guitarists for Rolling Stone Lounge on Holland America Line.
Rolling Stone Lounge is a high-energy, authentic music experience on board. Each 7-piece band performs over 200 of the most popular songs from the Rock, Pop and R&B genres. If you can hold your own on an electric guitar and as a lead vocalist, submit for Lead Singer/Guitarist!
Extensive solo chops are not needed, but you must feel comfortable playing rhythm guitar and melodic lines. Candidates must have extensive performance experience and the vocal stamina to sing nightly. Crowd work and MC skills are a must, as performers interact with guests and pack the dance floor nightly. Whatever vocal style is your specialty, you must feel comfortable singing in other styles such as R&B, Rock, Pop and Country.
All singers will sing background vocals on songs they are not singing lead on. Band Members will enjoy “guest status,” single cabin accommodations onboard and full access to the ship when not performing, free from any duties or previous restrictions related to a “crew member status,” creating the first-of-its-kind experience for musicians at sea. The band performs three 45-minute sets per night with one night off per week.
Rehearsals in NYC. Worldwide itineraries. Varying start dates throughout the year.
Note: All performers must have a valid passport and be fully vaccinated for Covid-19. NOTE: Performers can be Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian/Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern/North African/South Asian and/or white as well as inclusive of all gender identities.
